The place is really clean, newly renovated, the rooms are spacious, the bed and mattress are comfortable, the air conditioning works. Very kind and helpful staff. I recommend it. I liked everything. A quiet place near the beach.

We stayed in the front house and it was very clean, really spacious and with a functioning, quiet air-conditioning. Location is calm and close to Kalkudah beach and Passikudah. The staff were so lovely and even though they didn't speak great English they went above and beyond to make sure we were well. So friendly and attentive. They now also offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea/ coffee to a very reasonable price. Overall, amazing value for money!

We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. The location of the hotel is perfect and the beach in front of the hotel was amazing. The staff was very friendly, helpful and very thoughtful in every manner. The outdoor area is very nice and well maintained, the pool is clean and the walk to the beach is beautiful. The sunrise is beautiful to watch.

The beach is a man amazing so clean and good for swimming The pool big enough to swim in really nice pool area. Staff were wonderful. And the room spacious and clean. Great linen on bed very comfortable.
