The location is great, next to the beach with beautiful sunset and very close to the meeting point to meet the dolphins. It’s a must to come to Yilan to see the whales and dolphins. On the day, water was so clear and there were more than 100 dolphins swimming next to our boat. The owner was very kind and drove us to the meeting point and train station. Breakfast was awesome!

The woman who own the house is exceptionally kind and so helpful. Everyday, she was bringing me breakfast and some time even dinner. One day she brought me a cake she just baked and it was so delicious. She even drove me to Jiaoxi at the end of my stay. I was there for cycling in Taiwan and since no bus or taxi would accept me with the bike in that region, she offered herself. I am so grateful for her! The room was also super confortable and clean. I would absolutely recommend to anyone! :)

The Chinese style breakfast is highly recommended. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Sound proofing was great, didn't hear noise from neighbours or nearby construction work. There's off road parking a 1min walk from the hotels. Really comfy bathtub. Everything was in good condition and very clean. Dogs feel like they're encouraged, not just 'allowed'. There's a great little communal area on the first floor where you can even cook and make your own fresh-ground coffee, or just chill with friends and chat or watch TV. This is a great option if you have several groups of friends and can book an entire block of rooms. Each room has a good ceiling fan and separate air conditioning unit so you can really fine tune the atmosphere in your room to suit your preference.
