We just love Kisiwa! Beautiful place, great customer care and service and amazing stuff! Food was also delicious! Cincerelly we couldn’t have enjoyed it more! We were with our 1 year old baby Bruno and the stuff, on top of being very nice and friendly, helped us a lot with a super active baby Bruno. He is in love with Simba (I think Bruno already missing him), and with Amina (visiting her daily in the boutique). Lidya take a great care of us! Nassir was super nice and friendly. I litterally can go and name all the stuff from bar and restaurant to the general manager. They made our stay special! Definitely going back soon!

I found all what I need in the hotel. Clean and comfortable room, smiling staff, beautiful pool with sea view, very good breakfast and good food in general. Ramazan the manager was always around to take care of customers, I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone and I had every thing I needed.
