Everything. Staff, Food, Location, Facilities, Rooms. Our 5th stay at Tembo in 12 months. Excellent every time including recognition by the staff and brilliant service. Kassim in the reception area is fantastic, ensuring we were happy with the room and arranging bookings for us. We have stayed in all sections of Tembo main hotel, Apartments and Palace and enjoyed them all. Seeing the General Manager (Abdul?) down at breakfast and chatting with him while he is checking how things are with the guests is great to see.

Very nice (short) stay with accommodating staff. The owner found a very good solution for us, as we have been overbooked for our second nighty as well as was our personal & very reliable driver. Close to the airport, which was the main reason we have stayed there. Good breakfast and very nice people :).

Staying in Freddie Mercury’s childhood home was special. It is a really beautiful apartment and on top of that you get use of the facilities at the hotel. I only had one night but it will definitely stay in the memory bank!!!
