Excellent location with great access to beach, shops and restaurants. Quirky personal styled art focused house with great spaces and a really comfortable main bed. Parking space (albeit tight) a great welcome addition to the property. Host really helpful. Liked the cactus too!

Great location, right on the centre of the Venice beach sidewalk and across the beach. There were occasional instances of homeless people causing a bit of noise before they moved on, but that is to be expected due to the location. Our room had partial ocean view, so it was always very bright. The facilities were satisfying, even the elevator which was on the older side. The parking was also good, as we were provided with the option to pay a reasonable additional sum in order to park on a separate closed lot a few meters away from the property. The staff was also very helpful.

Spacious clean room. Nice view of the Pacific. The staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful area to walk around and safe. Added bonus, they cooperate with a car company so you can hire a private car to take you anywhere you like in LA at the same or even better rate as a taxi. Good restaurants on site too
