Extremely helpful team that supports you with all your questions and inquiries. There is running hot water, which not always the case in the coundry. Liked that. Plus the hotel helps to organise the transport which is very handy if it is your first time there. The beach are very close and have some sun umbrellas included. Recommend! Big thanks to Yanett who was kind and helpful during the hope trip!

Fabulous week! So nice to relax at Playa El Agua beach. Love it! We had the best time at LD plus hotel. The place is so pretty, is clean and very comfortable. Food was great! All inclusive was dreamy. What a treat! The staff was amazing, specially Jason at reception and Albeiro at the buffet. They both took good care of me and my family. Totally recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting again.
