We only stayed in the hotel for 2 nights but we felt right at home thanks to Annie and her wonderful hospitality. She helped us with everything and was very uncomplicated. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The hotel is not in the center of the city, but you can still get to the city quickly on foot or by motorbike. If we travel to Cat Ba again we will definitely return.

First time i've rated a 10 but i loved staying here, the best guest house i've stayed so far. To swim in the pool surrounded by mountains was quite magical. It was a little like a resort than a homestay with an open feel, table tennis table, pool table, sea view(some rooms). My room was great, well equipped and the wifi for me was super fast. The family were so generous and helpful, i felt part of the family while i was there. I met some lovely guests here too. The location is away from the main road etc making it peaceful. Town is about 2.5kms from The Homestay though they do rent scooters(Tong Thu Beach next to town is lovely). I was a little nervous to stay at first because i read some bad reviews on google maps just before check in but thankfully, the claims in those reviews were not true at all. Overall fantastic, especially considering the very affordable price.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was a highlight – a delicious fruit buffet every morning, and they also prepare eggs and pancakes on request, which was a great touch. My room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They helped me organize additional tours and arranged all my transfers, which made everything so easy. A special thank you to Thao at the reception – she was incredibly kind and helpful with everything I needed. Highly recommend this place!

The location was perfect & overlooking the beautiful bay 😍 Nice peaceful area, and only a short walk or motorbike ride into town. The room & facilities were very clean & well presented.
