Staff were incredible, made such a difference to the whole experience. Especially Pham Thuy who picked us up from the airport and also helped us check out the airport, she was so beautiful and helpful which made the experience 10x worth it and much better! We loved everything and everybody! This hotel is Amazing ! We felt very welcomed. We got there late in the night and the guy still unlook the door for us and smile even when he had been waked up from us and we Said we didnt eat and he gave us food too. The view was something ! Everything was super clean and new. The deco is super nice and the girls on the reception are really sweet. We are truly grateful. There was a big storm but we felt really safe and the hotel was the only one having power due to a backup generator.

From the moment you step foot into the resort life is wonderful. The rooms were impeccable, staff amazing, food incredible. There is not one thing you could possibly need that has not already been thought of by the resort and organised by staff. Service and facilities perfect. Greg, DD, Tim, Front Office Manager, Trang were the most friendly management team I have ever experience and it flows through the resort to all that work there. Incredible work.
