Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the lake (the view is unbeatable). Excellent restaurant and delicious breakfast. The town and lake offer a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at SEE Moment. The view made us not want to leave the deck; there was a nice awning to help keep the sun from beating down on us and our room cool. The location was perfect, within walking distance to anything you needed or wanted to do. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We made dinner, and the kitchen was supplied with anything we needed to make a yummy meal. We were thankful for the powerful fan to help keep us cool on a hot night when we slept. There is a nice park that has access to a little beach just a few hundred yards away. Theresa, the host, was a beautiful lady who had some many amazing tips and suggestions for our onward trip. She was very easy to get a hold of and a pleasure to chat with.

The property has city views and is 48 km from Mirabell Palace and 49 km from Kapuzinerberg & Capuchin Monastery. Guests can access the apartment via private entrance. Au 10 and St. Wolfgang are amazing. The apartment is huge and modern with a large living room, kitchen with all the amenities, large bedroom w/ comfy bed, wardrobe, large bathroom w/ 2 sinks. There is a washer/dryer on the street level to use. Plus a wrap around balcony where you can see the lake, mountains and just look down the road entering town. Thomas, met us for check-in&out was a very wonderful host for us who responded promptly to questions. We received a Wolfgansee card and a mobility card that allows free use of public transportation within the region, including in Salzburg. There is a nice app that takes your location and gives you the option and time frames for public transport. If you get the print version of the card, don’t make the mistake we made and think the Wolfgangsee card covers both. There is a (paid) ferry on the lake. We took that in the morning to St. Gilgen, walked around there, took the bus down to Strobl, had a meal there then took the bus back to St. Wolfgang, where the bus station is 2 minute walk from the apartment. St. Wolfgang, itself, is incredibly charming – the best of the towns around the lake. We ate dinner out there every night. As there is “on the other end of town” a resort/conference center, so there are a surprising number of restaurants for the size of the town. We enjoyed our meals at each one of them, especially eating at sunset overlooking or next to the lake. Walking through the various streets, which are winding, is just delightful. Also, the church in town has 2 spectacular altars due to the historical significance of the town and St. Wolfgang’s connection.

Situated in Strobl, 39 km from Salzburg Central Station, Fumerhof has a private beach area, private parking and rooms with free WiFi access. With lake views, this accommodation features a patio. Guests can make use of the outdoor fireplace or the terrace, or enjoy views of the garden and quiet street. The apartment was clean, well- maintained and had everything our family needed to cook meals. The hosts were helpful and generous in sharing things to make our visit better. The included amenities were a wonderful surprise (use of boats, trampoline and playground for our kids).

The luxurious and completely renovated studios are furnished in a modern alpine style including fully equipped kitchens with dining areas, bedrooms with box-spring bed, living rooms with flat-screen TVs, bathrooms with rain shower and hairdryer. We stayed in Adam and Jane room with our 7 yrs old son who was in love with the special bed on the top of the bedroom.
