Dream Straddie beach house in the best location. Walking distance to all the amenity in point lookout and the beach. Wonderful for big groups with so much space to hang in different spots. Loved how secluded it felt yet so close to everything. Meals on the deck were a highlight!

Amiri Amity Point ligt in Amity Point, op minder dan 1 km van Flinders Beach, en verzorgd een tuin, een terras en een barbecue. Secluded location in the forest at the northern tip of the island, beach over the dunes 200m away. Master bedroom wing enormous, bed firm and extremely comfortable. Photos do not do this place justice. Abundant wildlife, massive undercover deck with BBQ, lounge and outdoor setting. We had friends join us for a weekend, the living, kitchen and other two bedrooms were in a separate linked pavilion. The shared bathroom has a glorious deep bath. We liked our kangaroo family greetings each day, the curlews and sound of the waves. Kitchen was well equipped, plenty of storage space. Entry to Flinders Beach 4wd just metres away, great fishing.

We enjoyed a 2 week trip through Queensland's main hot spots and Waves Unit 9 was on the list. If I was going to buy one of the accommodations I stayed in during the trip, I would buy this one. Take in the sunset from your balcony before floating off to sleep with the sound of waves lapping at the shore. Go for a stroll to the local beach, or a longer trek to one of the nearby tourist spots. Generously sized apartment easily catered our family of 5. Chefs will be pleased with the kitchen being really well appointed with almost too much cookware. But, if all else fails, you are just 1 minute from the North Stradbroke Hotel. Don't miss the nearby North Gorge walking track, it is breathtaking.
