Location, location, location. Perfect location if you want to visit the place. Close to everything. The Inn itself was Ok. I travelled with my family including 2 kids and it wasn't bad. Rooms are small but enough for a family to spend a night there - a bit old-fashioned but clean and neat. The owner was really nice and helpful. And if you are looking for a good place for a decent price, that's the place for you.

Perfect location - right next to the Niagara fall. Parking by available. Rooms were of decent size. Breakfast was decent and basic. Coffee is available 24X7 at lobby.
