Stephan, the manager or owner was kind, courteous, and hospitable. Most of them speak English, so no problem with communication. Breakfast was outstanding. Lots of fruits and with varied choices of bread, cheese, jams, cereals, yoghurt, nuts, tea! I appreciate the upgrade and the discount they gave me for my 50th bday stay!

Location was more than perfect. The room was very nice. The breakfast room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Nice lakeside beautiful hotel like secret garden!
