The apartment is located at the second (last) floor of a building located in a very quiet area at Perros Guirec. It is extremely well furnished and looks very nice. It is composed of a large sitting/dining room with a lot on natural light coming from the windows, two bedrooms (one larger and one smaller, but both with a double bed and their own window). The kitchen is in the dining room and it is much more than a standard kitchenette: it is a real kitchen with everything that can be needed for preparing a full meal. The bathroom is also large expecially the shower. Everythnig is brand new and perfectly functioning. The bed (we only tested the one in the larger room) is confortable. In the whole apartment, the heating system works well and the temperature is comfortable. The car, if you have one, can stay free of charge in the courtyard of the building.

Amazing apartment with everything you would need to stay. The jacuzzi bath and sauna is amazing and spacious. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen is really well equipped (though no bottle opener) There is a speaker to play music, a lovely balcony to enjoy the evening. Perfectly located for all the restaurants of Binic. Exceeded both of our expectations and would happily stay again or for longer.

Rental for 4 adults (parents with 2 young adults) in early April. Everything was just perfect. 🌸 Kitchen very well equipped for preparing your own meals. The bedding sets were fresh and comfortable. The sofa bed is of high quality and perfectly suited for 2 adults (each had their own conforter, which is extremely nice!). ☀️ Sandrine, the owner is super kind, reactive, and very helpful. She gave us valuable information before we arrived so that we could organize ourselves accordingly. We loved the place and the location. We would definitely recommend it to anyone! 😀

Beautiful, very clean and chic appartement, perfectly located in a picturesque harbor. Just few steps away from many restaurants and shops. Good windows, so no noise from the people sitting outside. Two beaches just minutes away. We loved every day here. Communication with the hosts was perfect.

LA MAISON DU PORT ligt in Plérin op 2,6 km van Plage du Valais, en biedt accommodatie met airconditioning en gratis WiFi. My daughter & I had a delightful stay at the "penthouse" apartment at La Maison du Port. The view from our living room was terrific - we saw the sailboats docked in the port. Such a convenient location in Le Legue Plerin with easy walks to the small market, boulangerie and restaurants. Parking was easy. The owner greeted us with the key and had suggestions for restaurants.
