The room was well decorated and well furnished, with two lovely chairs in the bay window overlooking the sea. Beds were comfortable, bathroom was lovely and spacious. Breakfast offered a lot of choice and the foot was great. The couple who run the place were also lovely. There is a sister hotel just 100m down the road where you can also order an evening meal, which gave us generous portions. I also love the honesty bar. It felt very homely and more like an apartment as we also had use of the guest lounge as well. Would thoroughly recommend.

Both free WiFi and parking on-site are accessible at the bed and breakfast free of charge. We absolutely loved our stay at East Lyn House and would love to return again one day. The house is perfectly positioned in a stunning location with a beautiful terrace to enjoy the views and the sound of the river. Lorna and Steve were excellent hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts in the sun room. We were encouraged to enjoy the terrace and were offered blankets to watch the stars at night and light up some lanterns. We saw shooting stars! Rooms were bright and airy, very clean and tasteful. The living area was also very pleasant. The stay far exceeded our expectations and wouldn't hesitate to recommend East Lyn House to anyone. Thank you Lorna and Steve!
