We loved our stay at the Theta Boutique Hotel. It was our favorite place that we stayed while in Greece. The view from the room was great, parking was free and easy nearby, Spiros was so nice and helpful and reachable, etc. The bed was very comfortable and everything was so clean. The room was nearby everything but far enough away that it felt quieter and less crazy busy. We did go on the off season, so I can't say if parking is easy during the busy season, but it was for us! If we ever go back to Chania, which I hope we do, we will try and stay at Theta Hotel again!

Very clean. Well located. Walking distance to the center. The staff and Cristina were really friendly and we had a warm welcome. They helped us to rent a car. Breakfast is offered on a side restaurant and has nice options starting 10 euros. Pet friendly hotel and restaurant. We had a amazing stay with our small dog Mila. :)

The host who checked us in was amazing and super friendly. The cafe and bar are really nice and not too pricey. The tech at the hotel is great, as they are using QR codes for ordering. The location is great in our opinion. You just walk 2 minutes and there is a bus stop that comes very frequently and takes you downtown. If you like to walk it's about 40 mins on foot. There are a ton of mini markets near by and some great bakeries. Overall, this place was awesome!

They upgraded us to a better room upon arrival. Hotel exceeded our expectations overall. Breakfast is great as well. Small private beach has great clean water. It has SUPs for free to use, as well as sun beds. Pool is clean and not too crowded. Rooms are spacious enough and modern. Nothing too luxurious but overall good. View is amazing as we got sea view room which is a must at this location.
