The host and cleaners were also very helpful by providing local information and details about the property that helped me enjoy my stay more. Huge thanks all round.

This is truly my home away from home! Sparkling clean and functional furnished rooms/studios in best location, just outside the city centre with amazing view of the harbour. Nearest beach is 8 minutes walking from the studios, 5 minutes to a very well stocked supermarket and veggies and fruits shop. The nearest taverna is about 200m from the studios and serves great food at very good prices. Studios are located in a peaceful surrounding, overlooking a beautiful garden. What really makes the difference is Nicolas and his family. From the moment we arrived, he took great care of us, driving us to all the unforgettable places Patmos has to offer. He and his lovely wife offered us homemade food and products from their garden and fresh eggs from their own chickens. I must admit, I have never experienced such a amazing hosts. They do it because they really care about the guests, this is not just another accommodation, this is family! I already miss them.

The rooms have balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea or the mountains. Hotel very close to the port. Old town and beaches are about 45 minutes by foot, shuttle buses start close by the hotel too. Since I arrived in pre-season the pool and what seems to be a pool bar were not yet operating, but the area appears nice. Breakfast was good as well.
