I had a whole house to myself, and it was in an area that was super quiet - perfect if you are looking for some peace and quiet! The house itself is very spacious and also very, very clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was wonderful to fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves lapping onto the shore. The view in the morning was incredible - easily the best view on the Lake. Nicolas the owner was very friendly and helpful - for example, he gave me the phone number of a local tuk-tuk rider that I used during my time there. Nicolas, thank you for making my stay so comfortable!

The cabin is located right on the bank of the lake, offering a stunning view once you leave the compound (there is a fence there for security reasons!) and the inside is cute and cosy. The kitchen equipment is slightly limited but was good enough for some tacos in front of the lake. The staff were very friendly and patient (I arrived not knowing it was cash-only, but they were trusting enough to let me go to the cash machine in my own time). Situated about 5 minutes walk from the village, it doesn't take long to reach the restaurants and bars, though is far enough to not be bothered by the noise.

Location—situated between the Harbor and the Central City, with easy access to the market and some lovely short hikes that are just the right distance for a walk. The apartment itself is super comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged to make your stay enjoyable. When I noticed something missing in the kitchen, the owners responded immediately and provided what I needed without any hassle. Their communication was top-notch, and it really made the experience even more pleasant. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located spot with responsive and caring hosts, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Casita del Sol is gelegen in Sololá. Er is een terras en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie en je hebt uitzicht op de tuin. We stayed in casa santa cruz for 2 nights. It was a really beautyfull apartment in the middle of nature. Also the host esteban was really nice and always close by when needed. It is a 2 min walk to the lake downhill where you can swim and chill. Really recommend this apartment!
