Of course it’s more money than the usual homestay however, the value is there. The entire resort is extremely well managed, maintained and is staffed with very professional employees. The beach hut is spacious, well laid out and steps away from the Wai reef. My son and I swam with turtles, stingrays, cuttlefish and thousands of other fish! We enjoyed getting to know Siti and Hana. They served our delicious meals everyday. They are friendly and cheerful, will know your name from the start. When I booked this resort, the owner/manager was responsive right away and throughout. The resident manager Restu is excellent also. I have food allergies and they accommodated me without issues. Restu coordinated our pick up from a different homestay an hour away and our drop off back to Sorong after our stay. The transportation was punctual and professional. If you love sunsets, sunrises and the night sky - you will get your fill here. They are seen very well from the main dock.

With no doubt this is the best place we stayed in Raja Ampat for us. Andy and Esni make really the best so every single thing is at the best quality and experience possible. The food is good. The room is very comfortable. The reef in front is stunning. The day trip with Esni was memorable. We will come back for sure!

Turtle Dive Homestay está en Kri, en la región de Oeste de Papúa, y tiene balcón y vistas al mar. Este alojamiento se encuentra frente a la playa y dispone de jardín y terraza. Great food! Ensuite bathroom and very welcoming staff! I have to give a special mention to the dive shop run by Will and Rufus. I was diving the first week with soul scuba, as I had a reservation and for the last 3 days I switched to turtle dive. Diving with Will and Rufus was just so much cooler and personal. Great rental equipment and they bring you to the good action packed dive spots. It was amazing, so if diving is your top priority in Raja Ampat dont hesitate and dive with Turtle.

Dear James and family, Thank you so much for making our stay in Batanta so comfortable. We will always remember your kindness, our adventure at the waterfall and swimming with manta rays 🫶🏻 The home stay is exactly as described, really comfortable bed, cold water to shower and wonderful panorama. In front of the stay there is a coral reef where you can snorkel. We saw nurse sharks, stingrays, thousands of fish and beautiful coral formations. Somedays also dolphins visited us. If you wish you can do other activities like going to the nearby village which is one of the last traditionally built one in raja ampat. We went with James to swim with manta rays which was a great success as we saw two circling around for at least half an hour. Also, there are two waterfalls with a beautiful mangrove forest which is 30 mins by boat, we swam there and saw a bit of the jungle. The food was excellent, we were really happy to try local fish. It always had enough veggies, rice and egg tortillas. Even our vegetarian friends were satisfied. For the afternoon coffee we got freshly baked cakes. PRO tips for travelers: - Bring your own snorkeling equipment - Don’t litter and take your trash back with you to Waisai. At the port you can throw it away. - Be mindful about water usage - Use biodegradable hygiene products if possible - They don’t speak much English but for us it made it the experience even more authentic. if you need get an offline translation app

Paparisa Homestay, en Kri, ofrece alojamiento solo para adultos con jardín, zona de playa privada y terraza. Hay vistas al mar. Ubicación impresionante. La cama era comodísima. Pero sobre todo lo que más nos gustó fue el trato de Debi y todo el personal de Paparisa. Pendientes en todo momento y SÚPER amables.

Lukey and his family are wonderful hosts! The food was the best we had in Raja And there was plenty of it!! Lukey knew all the good snorkel spots around the islands.

Raja Ampat Family Guest House se encuentra en Saonek y ofrece jardín y terraza. Pedro nos acogió estupendamente las dos ocasiones en las que nos hemos alojado. Ademas de una semana para otra mejoro las instalaciones. La cama es muy comoda. Sirven desayuno y cena incluido en el precio. Puedes alquilar moto con ellos y te ayuda en todo lo que puede. Fam Homestay está en Fam y cuenta con vistas al mar, jardín, zona de playa privada, terraza y restaurante. La habitación en casa particular ofrece wifi y parking privado, ambos gratis. The location is perfect, the family very nice, everything was excellent.
