Het Miyajima Seaside Hotel ligt op slechts 5 minuten rijden met de gratis pendeldienst van de veerhaven van Miyajima. De accommodatie biedt een prachtig uitzicht op de oceaan. This was easily one of the best - if not the best - hotel experience I have ever had in my life! The staff was super friendly, took care of our baggage while we went sightseeing (they even offered us umbrellas!) and then came to get us in the evening to bring us to the hotel. The included dinner and breakfast were amazing, it really was a luxurious experience! The onsen accepted tatoos so another plus. The seaside view was beautiful even if the weather was not ideal.

Amazing view of the ocean (just a few steps away), with a double rainbow (because it had recently rained), and spinning windmill in the background. Included access to laundry machine, free items in the fridge, general access to the whole house were great to have. Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Wished I could have stayed another day to enjoy the cafe and watch the sunset when it wasn't cloudy.

The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She helped us navigate rental of bikes, gave us good tips about our bike ride, and helped explain the local experience. The place was clean, spacious and had great location right on the beach. Waking up to the water view was amazing.

Hagi No Yado Tomoe is goed gelegen in de wijk Hagi Onsen-kyo in Hagi, en ligt op 12 minuten lopen van Kikugahama Beach, 1,8 km van Shokasonjuku Academy en 1,8 km van Shoin Shrine. loved our stay here! the room was sooo spacious, more than enough room for 2 people. we really felt like we were having a true japanese ryokan experience. everything in the room, from the tatami to the bathroom was so clean and comfortable. the staff was very welcoming and they even came to pick us up from the train station! the front desk helped us with suggestions for different restaurants and called to make reservations for us, they were very accommodating. the onsen was sooo beautiful and really made our stay just perfect. the japanese breakfast was included and it was truly a work of art, every bite was delicious and a feast for the senses. we enjoyed their complimentary coffee while viewing the japanese gardens off the reception area, so relaxing. overall it was just wonderful and we couldn't have asked for anything better. oh and the staff also took us back to the train station after we checked out! would definitely stay here again.

House (101) was very clean and well furnished. There was floor heating, a sauna, and heating units in every room. The washing machine had a dryer function. The kitchen was well stocked and had a microwave/oven and a dish washer. Very close walk to Izumo Temple.

Kazu and Staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They provided us with great recommendations of local restaurants/shops and activities. Very clean with great sea view. Comes with a free parking space which is a bonus.
