We had everything we needed for our short weekend stay. The flat is amazingly spacious, beautifully decorated, and very quiet and comfortable. Would stay again for longer. The only nuance to consider is the location. While the flat is a 2-min walk from the sea and the cafe claster, and also quite close to the main Saulkrasti station, you'll need to take a train to get to the famous White dune or take a 40-min long walk one way through the whole town. But this is just the specifics of Latvian seaside towns - they are so narrowly stretched that you simply can't be close to everywhere. I also met the owner who was a lovely and friendly lady. The flat had a wide selection of tea and coffee as well as some delicious sweets - I loved every second of my stay.
