OMG. there was no buffet: all food was prepared right in front of you. so tasty, yummy, fresh, balanced and delicious! this is just amazing. and it concerns both a la carte menu and food included in your reservation plan. what else I want to mention: location. all hotels on the island are at the same distance (+-100 meters) from bikini beach where the entrance to the ocean is clear, without stones, so it will anyway take you some 6-10 minutes of walk in picturesque tropics till you get to the marvelous beach. mosque. at first i was afraid the mosque being right next to Ahiva will be a problem due to early morning prayers. But out of 6 night neither me nor my husband were woken up by sound from outside. i should say a heavy rain is better heard.

Op het strand mag je als vrouw badpak/bikini dragen. Je kan rond de rotsen in de baai prachtig snorkelen; wij hebben er ook haaien en schildpadden gezien. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze kunnen alles voor je regelen van de vluchten naar Malé tot de snorkeltours en stand-by staan voor de walvishaaien en manta’s. Ze hebben een eigen boot waardoor ze flexibel de zee op kunnen als de dieren gespot zijn. Onze terugvlucht werd gecanceld en zij hebben ons direct omgeboekt en alles geregeld. Het eten is ook prima; er zowel buffet als a la cart- optie.
