The place is very well organized with great staff! The breakfast was good, you can order a laundry in case of any need which helped us a lot! The whole interior design with attention to details was remarkable! It is such a relaxing space with a nice pool area and sun terraces as well. We felt like in the Robinson Crusoe's book. I can only recommend this place!

Very nice apartment! We had an apartment on the first floor which was pretty big with mini kitchenette. It's small but you can prepare there a breakfast or even simple dinner cause has what you need. But the staff is just great! First of all they're very nice sice you're in. And what's surprising- i left my tripod on the pool upstairs and I realised that when I was out for few days already. But because I was on Holbox and we were coming back to PDC after 4 weeks I called to hotel just in case they would found it. And yes, they didn't know who left that but kept for me for that time. I know it's only tripod but it was pretty good, brought from Europe, and since we stay in Mexico longer I will need it. So I really appreciate it!

If you're looking to relax and enjoy nature and the lagoon than this is perfect for you. The property is nestled in the jungle, set close to the Lagoon with easy access to it. The rooms are extremely spacious and thoughtfully designed. The breakfasts are delicious. And the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, running various activities - e.g. jungle and lake tour. The setup next to the lagoon is perfect - plenty of chairs, hammocks, and kayaks.

Este establecimiento de ambiente íntimo está en la bonita playa de la isla de Holbox, a pocos pasos del centro del pueblo. the isolated location was unique. the beach stunning and clean. Totally amazing.The tour organized with the hotel was really amazing as well. great value for money.

There are a few things not included, but they make that very well known as you check in - and its not a lot. the staff were lovely - like they loved working there. There was activities hosted by the resort that could be read about on a newspaper released at brekky each morning. We did a cocktail making class, there was SUP yoga and tours to and from the hotel - all free. the best part, we had an afternoon flight, they allowed a late check out at 1pm (at no extra charge) and you still had all-inclusive until you left (for us, at 3pm). So we had the bags behind reception and had coffee, lunch and ice-cream before leaving.

Las cabañas son muy acogedoras, la zona de Laguna qué tiene el hotel es muy bonita y de puede nadar sin mayor problema, ya que tiene un nivel muy adecuado. Es posible hacer uso de Kajak y paddeln durante el dia sin costo extra. El personal muy atento. El desayuno es conservador pero rico.

Hotel B10 - Distinctive Hotel- se encuentra a 400 metros del centro de Playa del Carmen y a 6 min a pie de Playa de Playa del Carmen. Very surprised about the accommodation, great room, great location, all the staff were very friendly and helpfully. We extended one night because we loved playa del Carmen but also because we loved this place.
