Located on the shores of Bacalar Lagoon, this hotel offers its guests complimentary American breakfast, private pier area and Wi-Fi access in the common area. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and accommodating. The kayak being included was awesome. The common room was great also at night to hang and play games ( giant backgammon board/table). The location is love a quiet in nature and all the buildings are separate which I loved .

Offering direct access to Playa Norte Beach, on the beautiful island of Holbox, Holbox by Xaloc features luxurious rooms and bungalows with terraces. The staff was outstanding. Shoutout to Adam and Tamara. We might not have told you but you were the highlight of our stay. It was an incredibly cute accommodation. Go there if you’re queer and want to feel comfortable.

The staff is incredibly kind, evening is perfectly clean, and the bed was probably the most confortable I've ever had. It's a charming place that makes you feel in paradise, we can only recommend!

The girl that worked the desk every morning was so sweet and helpful. We looked forward to her warm smile and greeting every time we went in or out! The rooms were very clean and plenty big enough for us. The beds were amazing and the pillows were the best. Every need was met by the staff. Our balcony was a nice size to enjoy the cool breeze at night. The pool, although not huge, was always empty because most people go out everyday to do all the sightseeing, going go the beach, or all the other adventures the area had to offer. The pool was also immaculately kept. Crystal clear clean water at a great temp and a view of the ocean. They provided large pool/beach towels for us, loungers were nice and there were umbrellas. I did everything online and got a response within 10 hrs at the most.
