Located in a quiet oceanfront area on the island of Averøy, this former Bacalao (salt modified and dried cod) factory has been restored into a rustic guesthouse. Everbody love this place. The view is excellent. We can see aurora from our window. The care taker are very friendly and nice. Goid breakfast.

Set in peaceful surroundings by the Atlantic Ocean, this Hotel is found between Molde and Kristiansund. It offers free sauna, a seasonal restaurant with an open fireplace and a private jetty. Ambience and decor was superb. Attention to every detail to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The hosts have thought of everything - and then if you forgot something they had it . The decor throughout was wonderful. The location and the view of course was really very good. I cannot fault this place.

We spent two great weeks in a cozy, well-equipped apartment that was perfect for two. One of the absolute highlights was the view: from both the window and the private seating area in the garden, you can look out over the fjord and the mountains across the water. Simply breathtaking! Our host, who lives upstairs, was incredibly kind and helpful. He offered great tips and information about the area, was always available if needed but always discreet. A lovely personal touch: he flies the flag of each guest’s home country – such a kind and thoughtful gesture! There's also a small beach nearby (5-10 min by car) with a grassy area and picnic tables and an easy access for swimming in the fjord on warm days. We really felt welcome and had a very relaxing time at that place we’d gladly return to.
