So we were unsure whether to book this or not because of the reviews here, but took the risk! The property was absolute AMAZING, the location was perfect, but the staff were unbelievable! I mentioned it’s one of our friends birthdays and he went out to FILL the villa with balloons, decorations, birthday cake, candy, and lots of other fun things for when we arrived! We all arrived at awkward timings but he made sure to meet us super early to check in. He arranged a chef to cook us a bbq, constantly made sure we were well looked after, the villa is amazing, clean, comfortable, awesome cinema room, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing, and there’s a steam room! Huge villa but still very homely feeling, 100% recommend and we will definitely be back soon! Again thank you so much to the staff for making sure we were well looked after and going above and beyond at every stage! You were awesome !

El Best Western Sur está situado en la pintoresca ciudad de Sur, famosa por ser una antigua localidad pesquera y fabricante tradicional de dhows. Everything was perfect, we dont understand how it doesnt have a higher punctuation! Even though its not in Sur center its a good stop when you come from the dessert and then continue to Muscat or the other way around. Its easy to get to sur centre with your own car. The pool and the room its nice and the breakfast had a big choice of things. The shisha corner its also very nice presented. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
