The shared area is really nice, cozy and clean. We had a private room (with a private bathroom) which is a bit small, but very nice and had everything we needed. My impression is that cleanliness was on a really high level. The towels were changed daily and ladies working there took great care of both our room and the shared areas (kitchen and lounge). There was a continental breakfast, but they really put some effort into setting it up. It was always cute and they even served some home-made pound cake. People were very nice and our stay was very pleasant. If I could go back in time, I would definitely choose the same accommodation again :) Also, two free parkings were nearby and a lot of restaurants were just minutes away.

Very well located right in the centre of Ponta Delgada and with a private garage (a big bonus in the city!), the stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The apartment was spotless clean and had everything I needed to enjoy a couple of days - the access to the spa was a bonus after a long day exploring the island. The outdoor pool looked great for warmer days. The bed and pillows were the most confortable I have slept in for a long time. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful and the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from. I will definitely come back when in São Miguel!
