The log cabin was gorgeous and had everything you would need. The view was the most amazing part. The cabin is right at the lakeside with nothing spoiling the view. We did not want to leave!

In the outskirts of the city, middle in the forest, Internet connection from heaven. Super nice host Couple. The livingroom looks like something from a luxury villa. Easy take rself breakfast and delicious, Just a really excellent place and very good hosts. I totally recommend. The livingroom also had the biggest mirror I have ever seen, Just WOW. They only rent out two rooms making this a very intimate visit.

Lottas stuga, que se encuentra en Smedjebacken, tiene aire acondicionado y ofrece alojamiento con patio. How do I begin to describe this place. It is just such a lovely place to stay in. This stuga has everything you need and more. It is very clean, has it's own bathroom and kitchen and has much more space than we expected. We would definitely recommend staying here if you want to visit this area of Sweden. There are lots of hidden pearls in this area that we discovered sometimes by accident and sometimes planned, but nevertheless we enjoyed our stay here a lot. The hosts are just the sweetest and even though the languagebarrier was there sometimes, we could still have a very enjoyable talk with them.

Knappgården is in a quiet location. I had a nice room with a small kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent. There was a wide variety of food items to choose from, many of them organic. Lots of free parking nearby and WiFi worked well. The hosts Annika and Kjell were very friendly and helpful. They gave me some good advice for exploring nature in the surrounding area which made my stay extra enjoyable. Knappgården has an overall warm atmosphere.

Gästhus Nornäs está en Nornäs y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas al río. We stayed here for four nights and absolutely loved it. Our hosts, Chris and Tom, were super friendly, chatty, and genuinely caring—we really enjoyed their company. The property itself is lovely: very clean, calm, and with a beautiful view from the room. It truly felt like home. The room, bathroom, and toilet were all perfect. The only small point is that the room isn’t very soundproof, though we were lucky to have quiet neighbors. Also, there was no hairdryer in the room. The shared kitchen is big, fully equipped, and kept spotless. Breakfast was more than satisfactory—we had it all four mornings and were very happy with it. It’s comparable to what you’d get in a good 2–3 star hotel. The surroundings are wonderful, with a small scenic lake nearby and plenty of outdoor activities available, such as biking, e-biking, canoeing, ... Overall, we were truly satisfied with our stay. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Este B&B de gestión familiar se encuentra en Vikarbyn, junto al lago Siljan, en la región de Dalarna. The property is close to the lake and has a huge space. So cozy and clean.

Overlooking the River Lillån, this family-run hotel is quietly located in central Orsa. It offers a private bridge, a breakfast room with river views and rooms with free WiFi. A beautiful B&B right on the water close to Orsa lake. The owners are wonderful, with the best sense of humour. They were always ready to help with anything, including tips to best place close by to visit. Thanks to them we filled out time there seeing gems like Fryksås and two amazing waterfalls right in the forest. It is the perfect place to go if you want to relax close to some incredible nature sights. Don't forget to visit the close-by open air Viking museum and Viking burial mounds on Sollerön island.

Tällberg, utsikt över Siljan, que tiene vistas a la montaña, dispone de alojamiento con terraza y patio a unos 23 km de Anfiteatro Dalhalla. Hay parking privado en el propio alojamiento. 100% location. Not much light pollution so it’s easy to see the milkyway! Also a very short trip to Siljan, which is 100% recommended. Peaceful en quiet.
