The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, it is next to the beach. The rooms are very confortable with a nice distributuion and with the perfect lighting. They offer free cookies, fruit, juice, water, coffe,etc. I really recommned this place.

It’s located a bit up from the beach line but a small training will never hurt anyone. There is a staff member who meets you at the pier to help you with your luggage. However, 50 meters up with a bit of elevation can be walked without extra help. The room for 10 people I stayed in was clean. You have enough privacy on your bed with curtains, socket and lamp. Wi-Fi worked very well. There are 2 bathrooms per room with necessary bathroom stuff.

The water heaters for the showers are digital and work fantastically. Everything is tiled and clean. Brand new toilets for a brand new hostel. The beds are pods, giving incredible privacy. The mattress was comfortable. The best thing was the manager. He made me feel at home, offering me bread and cookies and coffee. Even when I felt uncomfortable because of sand from the beach, he said don't worry, it can be cleaned. There is hot and cold filtered water. Because of the structure of the pods, it's pretty isolated from outside noise, which is important on phi phi. The location is good, close to the centre but not in too crazy an area.

Despite being centrally located, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. If you have delicate clothing like I do, you’ll appreciate how careful their cleaning team is, and the prices are very reasonable too.
