Very clean, secure and good value for money. The host and staff are super helpful and kind and will literally assist with anything that you ask them. There is a car available for hire with a driver at affordable rates. Perfect as a base for exploring Uganda game parks. Close to the airport, shops, restaurants etc.

The appartement is clean, cozy, and fully equipped with everything you might need. But what truly made the experience memorable was the owners (Mr Julius) warm and kind heart. My stay at this hotel was truly comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff was always ready to help with any request - from advice about the city to organizing excursions. I especially want to highlight their assistance with local tours: thanks to them, I was able to find options 2–3 times cheaper than I could on my own, and still with a high level of organization. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests, not just going through the motions. This hotel made my time in the city easy, relaxing, and convenient, for which I am very grateful.

Modern rooms, with AC, high-speed internet and everything a traveller might need. The breakfast had wide variety of dishes, fresh fruits and juices, very nice! And the view from the restaurant is amazing!

The reception staff- Cathy and Sushita were very patient with me even when my flight delayed for longer hours. I communicated to the hotel and explained the flight delays- they understood and still waited for me. They granted me late checkout such that I could sleep enough and rest from my jet lag.

The Palm Beach Hotel has such a strategic location. It’s close to the lake shore (literally at the beach), close to the mall (Victoria mall) and other beautiful sceneries such as the Entebbe Botanical Gardens.
We arrived on a Sat afternoon. There was the free shuttle service to and from the airport. The hotel is right by lake shore and the view was great. In the hotel there were families enjoying the weekend by the pool side. The vibe of the hotel was quite relaxing and peaceful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant were good. Facilities were nice and well maintained. The hotel is also right next to a public beach where locals were partying, but we did not go to the beach because of the crowd.
