Was right on the main road, but the traffic noise was minimal during the night (probably the white noise of the air conditioning helped). Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of clean, soft towels for our party. Sofa bed (we only used as a sofa) was also very comfortable. Once we got used to the remote key app to get into our room and the lounge area, we found it very useful. I liked that each room had one, clearly marked parking spot. Pool area was lovely and the website was very clear that it closed after Labor Day. Very helfpul information regarding local places to eat and visit. I would happily stay here again if ever in this region and reconmmend to everyone.

The property is located by the river. The breakfast was delicious and the price we paid for a night is absolutely worth every penny.

Placed between Attitash Mountain and the Saco River and only a short distance from area attractions and activities, this Bartlett, New Hampshire property offers spacious accommodations and many on-site facilities. We loved this area. The room was huge with everything you could possibly need including a washer and dryer. You can easily walk the property to get to the main building where the pool, front desk and restaurant are located. Food, beer and staff at the restaurant were awesome. We wish we would have stayed an additional night in this area.

It had all the items we needed for our stay and the snow outside was beautiful. This is the perfect spot for folks visiting the area to ski or go tubing or just to relax.
