It us my understanding Back beach is currently being reclaimed and redeveloped. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The location was convenient. The host is super responsive and so easy to communicate with. Although I stayed on Level 52, I didn't really face the lift delay issues that most other reviews communicated. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The host is so kind and attentive, the best stay I had till now in Vietnam!
