Located next to the ocean and would recommend to book ocean view. Extremely clean and secure with very good parking and very warm and helpful staff. The two bedroom apartment was sparkling clean and very well tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Wished had booked more days there. Nearby you can walk to the whale watching spot and also restaurants nearby.

The staff created a wonderfully pleasant atmosphere — everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. From the very first minutes, we felt welcome and cared for thanks to their warm hospitality. The room was clean and cozy, with thoughtful details that made the stay comfortable.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are incredibly attentive and friendly. The room is very comfortable and we had a sea view which was spectacular. Bed was ridiculously comfortable with plenty of pillows, could not ask for a better stay.

Room was very nice, everything available that is needed, comfortable bed.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Nivenia Beach House, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The host was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The guest house itself was immaculately clean and neat, with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel very comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and I appreciated the attention to detail that made our stay so enjoyable. I would highly recommend Nivenia Beach House to anyone looking for a warm and inviting place to stay. The host's hospitality and the guest house's comfort and cleanliness make it a true gem.
