Hereafter a short review we have wrote and post on some social networks groups for frenchs who are looking for some good adress to stay and eat in albania. we wish you the best for future. VILA HORIZONT @ BAKS-ROLS - Shkoder Region. Everything was absolutely perfect and beyond… We only spent one night, had dinner and breakfast there, but at the end of our stay in Albania, after having visited most of the cities, this experience with Johnny and his family will remain engraved as one of the best memories of Albania. A warm welcome filled with kindness and the desire to treat guests like their own family. It’s indescribable… These are moments to be lived and felt, not easily explained! A family-run place with a few rooms… A restaurant offering simple and authentic cuisine with fresh seafood and vegetables, fruits, eggs, butter, honey, etc., all from their own production. Everything is organic, and you can feel it on the plate. Bravo! I was disappointed by some aspects of Albania in certain places, but this place is a perfect example for all Albanians who want to succeed in the hotel and restaurant business… Simplicity and authenticity… No tricks, and with respect for the natural environment. Johnny and his family have understood it all. I congratulate and encourage them to continue in this direction. If we come back to Albania, this is one of the two places we will definitely return to — and for more than just one night. .

We spend one calm and relaxing night at Guesthouse Vitoria. Very nice and cozy place next to Mrizi i Zanave restaurant. The guesthouse is easy to find, so no issues here. The owners were very hospital and even booked a table for us for a dinner. It is a short walk from the Guesthouse to the farm. We also like traditional breakfast and could suggest it to anyone who likes to try original Albanian food.

Situated in Shkodër, 43 km from Port of Bar, Villa Osmani features accommodation with a terrace and free private parking. The property has mountain and river views.

Staying here was maybe the highlight of our entire Albanian road trip, such a peaceful and beautiful location with so much charm! From the moment we arrive Dafina and her wonderful family were so welcoming and lovely, making us feel at home straight away. Dafina even drove us to Mrizi i Zanave for our dinner reservation and picked us up after, so kind! Her mum made such a beautiful breakfast in the morning too! 100% recommend staying here!

Wonderful family run mini hotel and restaurant. Everything is built to high standards and well maintained. Great place to relax after a day of driving and why not several night. I also recommend their restaurant, beautifully constructed and delicious food.

It was a great stay and we really recommend this place! The rooms are spotless, with big comfortable beds, heating/aircon, clean toilet with a hot shower. The garden is beautiful. There is car parking just outside the house. Breakfast is great and plenty (egg, sausage, cheese, vegetables, bread, fruit, coffee/tea). As we stayed for 4 nights we got something different for breakfast in the last mornings which was a nice surpise. Renato was an amazing host!! He helped us with everything we needed (bike and car rental, restaurants, day trips, mini van tickets to Theth). He and his wife are very friendly, smiling and want to help the guest with all the things they need help with. We had a lovely stay and will for sure be back one day.
