where should I start ☺️? Cute pension house in Bad, very close to the ski slope. there is a free parking in front of it and a free shuttle bus that leads you directly to the ski slope (it drives every 20 minutes). the owners are very kind and talkative, they explained us everything we needed to know regarding the ski slope, they even offer you tickets for the same price, so you do not have to wait in line. They also offered us a discount for the nearby spa. the breakfast was tasty, room was spacious and clean. they also have a heated ski room, with heaters for ski shoes. we really had a great experience❤️

I would rate this house 20 out of 10 if possible. Spotless clean, a warm welcome, perfect location (not far from anything). The hosts were super welcoming and friendly, they made our stay perfect. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food to choose from. Especially the apple strudel, which the hosts made themselves. I would really love to come back again. Highly recommended!!

everything was great! rooms are spacious, there are many saunas and the staff is very nice. We got sick and couldn’t come on the date we had reservation on and they gave us new (upgraded) room free of additional charge on later day.

Lovely Gasthaus in a small village half way up the hillside, not that far from the main road. Great views and fresh air. Nice clean and modern room with all the facilities. The hosts were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Plenty of on site parking.

The host and her family are great. Very nice and helpful people. Felt more like visiting friends than staying at a b&b. Great location near the lake. Good breakfast, limited amounts but we could ask for more - I like this strategy better than throwing away leftovers. Overall great place to stay at.

Everything great, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean apartment, great location close to the St. Kathrein spa, parking and of course an excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.     Great breakfast and beautiful personality of our host Katherine. Every morning she made us feel great and ready to rip the slopes. Lovely house on the edge of Bad Kleinkirchheim and close to both St. Oswald and Maibrunn ski lifts. Great host, great location and a wonderful view above the valley.
