Great quiet location. Comfortable space, clean facilities and host has gone the extra mile supplying the little things like sunscreen, dishwasher, hair-dryer, etc. Awesome coffee shop a few minutes walk away on Brewer Road. Host Joe found the right blend of allowing privacy while offering attentiveness and easy communication if needed.

I had the most peaceful and relaxing stay. The owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing, it was so clean and cosy and we would of stayed for longer if we were in Melbourne longer, we got an amazing freshly cooked breakfast and can’t recommend this place any more, 10/10

I arrived at midnight which was fluent and easily coordinated by a self check-in. The owner was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was sound proof. There is a fridge and water boiler in the room and a microwave available in the common area which makes it convenient to make something yourself.

Not too beautiful from outside, we were worried but when u open the secure gate and entry house it was nice spacious beautiful floor all in white sufficient kitchen fridge, comfortable beds warm. Nice bathroom. Only there is inside small outside curt where we could open windows but unfortunately there were rubbish bins and they smelled bad so we had to close
