B&Bs in Hervey Bay

The house is really charming, as soon as you enter there is a beautiful garden, when we arrived, the Jasmin flowers were on their best moment so the small was just amazing. The room was really clean and tidy. We could hear nothing from the outside, which was perfect because we went there mostly to rest after a really long drive. there was a couple of presents like snacks, chocolates and a sparkling wine as a welcoming gift. the host was very nice and respectful. one of the best parts is the breakfast, from 6.30 to 11. Very abundant, and beautiful. all the cups and utensils were placed correctly on the table, there was fruits, home made bread which was delicious, more than 20 spreads, eggs, butter, etc, etc, etc. and a coffee machine to help yourself during all day long. Also many cookies, including our favourite, Tim tam!

We stayed for 1 night, very satisfied with staff and very comfortable.

We loved this B&B, Jon was a great host, friendly, welcoming and couldn't do enough for us including giving us a lift into town for our evening meal because it was raining. Our room looked out onto the garden at the back, the bed was extremely comfortable and the house and garden are absolutely beautiful and full of character. Breakfast was DIY with lots of choice and a chance to meet other guests. Wine and beer are in the fridge and available to buy at a reasonable price. Jon has put a lot of thought into the detail of this place and it makes for a very pleasant stay. We loved our brief stay at the Torquay and hope to return one day. Beautiful and peaceful place! Perfect spot to relax and recharge. It rained at my arrival and the sound of the raindrops made Zanette‘s little oasis even more relaxing!
