The best thing about the hotel is its staff, especially Ahmed Elsyad who throughout our stay offered us the best of his kindness, kindness, education and above all, always with the desire to satisfy his guests. In addition, his attention at breakfast was impeccable. He is an employee that all hotels would like to have!!

Visiting for New Year (Dec 2023 - Jan 2024) - apologies for the delayed review, completed the review on Trip Advisor instead, but not sure if you seen it… absolutely amazing and would highly recommend the Serenity Lodge!! We both had such a wonderful stay at Serenity Lodge, the room was spacious and clean, the pools and outdoor surroundings were beautiful, all staff were super friendly, a nice selection of food/ drinks from the bar (MANGO juice was our fave) and it really was the most perfect spot for sunrise and sunset! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely be back and I’ll pop by to say ‘hello’ when I’m back to working in Sharm in March! Thanks again, Ellie + Jess

If you want accommodation with enough facilities to look after yourself but also close to tons of food options this place is it! Amazing view, fantastic snorkelling a short stair filled wallk away. More in the local residential area so not a fake all inclusive vibe but close to restaurants and the amazing farsha cafe. Awesome on site property manager George. Insane view and nice clean, comfortable rooms.
