B&Bs in Provins

The place was beautiful and clean. The owners were so lovely and helpful. We stayed one night for a wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased! Would highly recommend this place!

Veronique and Oliver were exceptional hosts from the very beginning. Amazing ambiance, beauty and location and history. Mind blowing to sleep in a room so spacious and old world beauty and charm. A must stay for anyone.

The location is right in the heart of the old upper medieval part of town, it's amazing. The host was super friendly and welcoming and made sure we were well cared for. Also spoke English which is great because our French is rather dismal. There's a garden with some places to sit and a lazy cat who sleeps all day. The room was charming and very home like, not at all like a hotel which was a big plus for us. Also, parking is pretty awful in a town like this, but the host was kind enough to give up her parking space for us which was much appreciated. It's fantastic value for money.

Very exciting rooms. Good family suite with very interesting furniture and ornaments. I liked the freedom of the place: you could just roam around the public areas as if it were your own house. There is no reception: just call a number and get let in. Good simple breakfast. Location is brilliant yet there is a steep road up to the medieval area.

This place is what Jane Austen had in mind when writing about a 'countryside cottage'. Set in a peaceful environment, surrounded by a lovely & well-maintained garden, the property tastefully combines period & modern designs. The original wooden staircase is awesome. Our room faced the garden & both the room and the bathroom were spacious & spotlessly clean. The bed mattress was comfortable. It was refreshing to keep the windows open day & night, even with lights on at night & not have any mosquitos anywhere around. Tea/coffee facilities are available downstairs in the kitchen. We appreciated the request to change from outdoor shoes to slippers when accessing the guest floor (all carpeted). Breakfast was served in the garden, timing as per the guest's preference & offered bakery selection, dairy products, seasonal fruits, home produce (the peach marmalade was beyond exceptional), coffee/hot chocolate & a wide selection of teas. Guests met for breakfast at a common large table & we had some nice chats. The location of the property is ideal, it is a short drive away from e.g. Provins, Chateau de la Motte-Tilly, Musee de la Vie d'Autrefois & not far from the Chateau de Fontainebleau / Ch. de Vicomte, Moret-sur-Loing, etc. Nicolas, the owner, is very welcoming, accommodating & hospitable & communication with him was excellent right from the time of booking. That's why we extended our stay already prior to our arrival & it's proven to be a good choice. The tranquility of this place is endless & Les Rêves de Flamboin will be our choice again when returning to the region.

Our hosts were very friendly, attentive to our requests, and agreed to welcome us at a time of our convenience. The house has a large impressive main room, decorated with a warm European classic style. The room was decorated with a similar style. The garden was covered with flowers in the spring. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade brioche and bread accompanied by fruit jam, all homemade, served in a pretty porcelain dish. I highly recommend the Maison Lalongère B&B.

Great welcome from owner. Everyone with a smile. Nice breakfast in common area. Unusual location and building. Close to old Provins town worth to visit. Great for groups.

Breakfast was great. Room was wonderful. Beautiful garden. Public electric car charger on the street. Ample parking across the street.
