The location was perfect, the hosts were exceptional. just the little extras that made this bed n breakfast standout including fresh fruit in room, home made condiments at brekky and the knowledge of the area shared freely over chats at brekky we loved.

Situated on a main road a 2-minute drive from Aylesbury town centre, The Broad Leys offers a pub restaurant, free parking, and a spacious garden.

The price of the room included breakfast, which was excellent with plenty of choices. We also decided to have dinner there, which was also excellent. The staff were really helpful and friendly. The annexe room was large, clean and very comfortable. We were visiting the Christmas fair at Waddesdon Manor, and this was just a stones throw from the venue. It could not have been better.

They have a huge private car park and it's important because there are no spaces on the streets around the property as the amount of parked cars is just crazy

Very pretty garden and thatched house. Very good fish and chips and vegetarian mezze. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful owners who suggested walks and went to the trouble of providing a vegan full cooked breakfast for our daughter ! ( the traditional one was excellent too). Highly recommended
