I stayed here with my mother, each of us staying in one of the bedrooms, and we both found them very comfortable. There was good space for bags etc and lovely views. Hers had an en suite, which looks to be newly renovated, while mine had the private external bathroom, which is in good condition and benefits from a bath tub in addition to the shower. Linda was a wonderful host, and provided a delicious breakfast each morning, served on lovely china. The furry members of the family were friendly and delightful, but also kept out of our way for meals, which was appreciated. There are some nice local walks and National Trust properties nearby.

Lovely large room, with a huge bed and amazing views over the countryside. Nice friendly staff, and good food served in the bar. The village itself is so pretty, and there are some great walks in the area.

Warm welcome on a late arrival, room was superb, quirky and very well appointed, bar area was buzzing with chat, remarkably busy for a Monday night. Great beers and wines. Meal in restaurant was superb...whitebait was simply the best. Hake with lentils was also a highlight. Very good value. Great breakfast, friendly staff and locals... immaculately clean throughout. Amazing outdoor areas.

We loved everything about this property. From the initial warm greeting from Liz to the wonderful food menu (had vegetarian options). The presentation & food was of the highest quality. The room was a good size & a fresh modern ensuite. Value for money. Could not fault this property.
