The size of the room, the facilities, the decor, the excellent shower. Breakfast was amazing, especially the fresh fruit platter. The extra space where you could relax or even play a game of darts or snooker looked inviting as well. The location was very quiet and close to the historic centre of Kelso.

The owners are so friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast available was high quality and varied. I'm gluten intolerant and the cereal choice was better than I have at home, and the cooked breakfast I had was high quality products. Selection of drinks at breakfast and in the room were also great. We'd definitely recommend.
