We loved our stay here. Everyone was so incredibly kind and welcoming. The view and property is beautiful, everything is very clean. The breakfast is super delicious!!!! WE LOVED THIS COZY VERDUROUS FAMILY GUESTHOUSE CLOSE TO THE BEACH. for us everything was percect. a minute walking from the beach and the cafes. we were 2 friends and stayed in the room at the ground floor with a terrace looking to the nice lush garden. room was very comfortable and sufficient (1 double bed + 1 single), equipped with a small fridge, coffee machine a kettle and an electronic pot for greek coffee. the terrace was lovely and we had an adequate level of of privacy there. bathroom was clean and convenient, great shower with plenty of hot water. the hosting family were really nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. our beds were made everyday while we were out and we got fresh towels and tiolet paper. the son speaks good vey english and was very responsive to our inquiries for information and recommendations regarding the area. overall, a great humble and homey place to chill out in the middle of Kala Nera, with everything else you might need just a minute or two walk away. I love staying here so much I doubled the nights I originally booked and still wish I had stayed longer. The rooms are fantastic and comfortable, new mattresses, exceptional high end bathrooms with high pressure hot showers. Nick the owner will help you with anything and everything you need, he is so kind and accommodating! Great location, sea view from my balcony, super close to the beach, hiking trails, great restaurants and a great bakery.

The owners of the hotel are charming, cordial, took care of us in a wonderful way throughout the stay, helped with explanations, maps and responded to everything The location of the hotel is excellent, a beautiful view from the rooms, you can hear the lapping of the water from the balconies, which gives a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms are of a very high standard, spacious, amazingly decorated, have everything you need. We really enjoyed ourselves, highly recommend We took a room for us as a couple and a room for our two daughters

Very friendly, helpful hostess. Very stylishly renovated, beautiful, historic country house with stunning views of the Gulf of Volos. Cozy rooms. Very quiet location. Everything very clean and well-kept. Excellent breakfast on the terrace with regional, homemade products included in the room rate. Inviting lounge in oriental style. Just a few minutes walk to the village square with taverns, bars and historic church.

Ioanna was delightful and made the stay here feel like home. Her breakfasts including varied home-made pies and jams were delicious and she had a great personality and was extremely helpful. The view over hills down to the sea where you take breakfast is wonderful; the location is quiet and very central to the centre of Milies. It is a beautiful old stone building.
