The host was super nice and cooked incredible banana pancake everyday. He could also arrange motorbike rental if needed The place is lovely : big and really quiet with the swimming pool and just a few rooms that can be booked (4 maximum). Air condtionning worked well, bed was soft but nice. There is a fridge available outside the room and you can refill your bottles of water. Definitely one of the best places we had in Bali regarding the quietness of the place and good vibes you get when staying there

Its clean, the food is very good, the hosts are very friendly and the surroundings are amazing. You live in the jungle but without the humidity. In three nights i havent got any bites(bedbugs or mosquito). I have a standard room with fan. Its simple but definitely worth the money.

Everything about the room was clean & fresh & new. The location was great for me & convenient to the beach that dolphin watching tours left from. I had to leave around 5.30am and as my driver was not going to be available at that time, I was planning to either walk or get a grab/gojek/etc. Sri, on my behalf, got on her phone to the dolphin tour operator & (quite strongly) convinced him to come & collect me from her place. Before securing my lift, she'd said that if she couldn't do that, her husband Adi would drive me there ! She also specially prepared and cooked for me a 'local' chicken meal, even though they are both vegetarians. Adi went off to buy the chicken & ingredients & he even brought back a few beers for me. Then she steadfastly refused to accept a modest cash 'tip' from me. Sri & Adi could not have been better hosts & went well 'above & beyond' to make my stay there pleasant & memorable. I can't thank them enough nor recommend their accommodation more highly. A belated THANK YOU to you both.

- We stayed in the upstairs room. There are only 2 rooms. - The room was very private, with great views of the local rice fields and mountains. - The bed is very comfortable , with good blackout curtains with quiet aircon with lots of opening windows for fresh air. - The bathroom and toilet were behind glass doors inside the room. Both were exceptionally clean and tidy. - We chose to have breakfast and dinner at our room - both were generous and tasty. Nyoman is a former hotel chef. - Tea and coffee were available free on request . - The pool was very refreshing after a day out with Wayan showing us the local waterfalls and nature walks. Wayan is very knowledgeable about what Munduk has to offer and is happy to answer all our questions. We enjoyed chatting with him. - We enjoyed the location within a village along with the usual village noises during the day and dawn and dusk.

We had a lovely stay and Doni is a great host. He was very generous in both sharing his time, and sharing local knowledge. The cottage is very cute and sits at the end of a beautiful ricefield. We highly recommend a stay here!

If you want to immerse yourself in nature for a couple of days, this quiet place in the mountains of Munduk is for you. You'll stay in a cosy cabin, have sweet dreams in a very comfortable king-size bed, and refresh yourself after a full day of exploring in the open air bathroom. I especially liked the kimono's the hotel offers, wish I asked them where to buy 😉. Moreover the hotel has an excellent restaurant with delicious and healthy options for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Comfortable cottages with a beautiful view over the rice fields. Every morning the kingfisher came to hunt right in front of the door. The staff is very kind en Komang and his wife prepare delicious dinners. We had a wonderful time.
