Well stocked Guest kitchen to use as i needed. Full cooking facilities should we have needed them. Very clean and warm. Definitely be back if they will have me in my dirty work clothes again..

Location, it was amazing near us were a lot tourist attractions, restaurants and food stores. Also owner was very helpful and nice. He lets us keep our travelling gear also after we checked out in building

Loved the personal and welcoming owners and atmosphere. They really did a great job at furnishing and styling the room. It looks beautiful. It is very neatly, tidy, and very up to date. Everything you need is in the room. The Jameson distillery is only a five minute walk. The food and drinks in the bar downstairs (which you don't hear) are very good, we enjoyed our meal.

Small but cozy room: no noise, warm and comfortable, well equipped with everything you could want for a perfect stay. Very functional bathroom. Perfect cleaning. Fairly rich breakfast, with fresh fruit every day, with sweet and savory foods capable of satisfying everyone Last but not least, very lovely staff, available and always attentive to satisfy every request. We had a very pleasant staying and I would recommend it.

We arrived early in the morning and we were welcomed by the brazilian girl at the bar. She was very friendly and even allowed us to check in early which was very much appreciated, specially on a rainy day. The room is spotless and the bed is very comfortable. We had read a few reviews regarding the noise from the street at night but we had no problem whatsoever. The hotel provides earplugs for the light sleepers but we didn’t even need them after all. The location is also very good, just a short walk to the city center. It was our first time in Dublin and we would definitely stay here again on a next trip!

We loved our stay! The hotel and its calm, peaceful neighborhood were perfect for our first visit to Dublin. It’s very easy to reach the hotel from the airport by bus (around 30 minutes) and just as simple to get to the city center. Stores like Lidl and Tesco are within walking distance too. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, and our double room was spacious, cozy, and spotless. Both check-in and check-out were smooth. We almost didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend.
