B&Bs in Kumbakonam

When I booked Kumbakonam inn for my recent trip to Kumbakonam from Australia, I was a bit doubtful if I had made the right choice. But my doubts vanished within half an hour of stay in the place. The property & the hosts were simply exceptional. The location, comfort, cleanliness & service, guidance on places to visit & food was simply superb. Hosts Balaji & Bhuvana are the loveliest people & made sure that everything was taken care of including the needs of my mobility impaired family member. Very accessible property. Definitely want to plan a longer stay next year. Would recommend this property to all my family & friends all over the world. Thanks Mr. & Mrs Balaji for this home away from home & not to forget the yummy yummy homely food. Keep up the good work

The hotel lies next to the main city temples, which are very beautifully decorated. It is a nice stop on the way from Kanchipuram to Madurai.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Chela and would recommend anyone visiting Kumbakonam. The hotel is centrally located making it extremely convenient for travellers. It is just a short distance from local temples, restaurants, shopping areas and popular restaurants. The rooms were clean, spacious and well maintained offering comfortable experience. The Hotel Manager Shahul Hameed was courteous and helpful. His assistance made a huge difference. I truly appreciate his hospitality. I will definitely stay there on my next visit
