From the moment we arrived, everything was wonderful. The host was extremely welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. Our room had a large, comfortable bed and a spotless, spacious bathroom. Each morning we enjoyed a superb breakfast prepared with fresh local produce. The location was excellent as well: just a short distance from the sea and the nearby aquapark, and only about an hour’s drive from the ferry to Venice - perfect for a day trip. It was a truly relaxing stay, and I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and comfortable getaway.

Great facility. After a whole day of riding motorcycles in the rain, we were very warmly welcomed. The room was decorated in a very interesting way, I really liked it. Warm, incredibly clean. A delicious breakfast and a wonderful takeaway cake that saved us on another rainy day on motorcycles. Incredibly warm and hospitable people. Elisa was a perfect and extremely kind host. The room was clean and well-equipped, and it also had a small sitting area. The breakfast was plentiful, and Elisa kindly offered gluten-free options for my husband. The beach of Lignano is only a 15-minute drive away. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay for our family.

Beautiful room, nice bathroom, very pleasant stay The staff is the best, no one really speaks english great but you can make it work and they try to help you in any way possible, they let us stay in the room until afternoon, we could come as soon as 12pm.
