We loved our stay at Petrus Rooms and couldn't have asked for a better base in lovely Caiazzo. I was a bit wary of booking a new property without any reviews but am so glad I did. The property has just opened and everything is sparkling clean, well designed and super comfortable. Although we didn't meet the staff they were available via Whatsapp and left free snacks, drinks and water for us in the room. We loved our included breakfast at the best caffè in town, a few minutes' stroll away. Hotel coffee is always disappointing so we actually much prefer going to a local caffè, and this one made one of the best cappuccinos of our trip, plus the staff were super friendly. Caiazzo is a real gem and we loved our amazing dinner at Pepe in Grani and chatting with the welcoming locals. We hope to return and will not hesitate to book Petrus Rooms again. It was one of our favourite spots during our three week trip. Grazie e alla prossima!

I found B&B PalmaViola went really beyond any expectations I had. Booking a B&B, you feel lucky to just "get in and get out," but I was able to meet Palma, the owner, as well as her delightful mother! We had a couple of lovely conversations...as there was quite a "story" in my staying there! I was extremely pleased with my stay, and would gladly return, and would recommend the PalmaViola to anyone wishing a pleasant and convenient stay in Caserta (it's only a short walk to the Reggia). I was coming to Caserta for the very first time, on a "personal" mission...not to see the famous "Reggia di Caserta," (although I did go spend an entire day there...), but rather to seek out the possibility of finding and procuring a copy of my parents' original Marriage Certificate from 1945! My father was an officer in the American Armed Forces, and arrived in Caserta in 1945. His unit was housed across the street from my mother's family, and eventually my father and my mother were able to meet and "court." By July of 1945 they were married in the Cathedral of St. Michael the Archangel, in the center of the town. Now, all the church records, as a result of the damages and chaos of WWII were moved from the local churches (where they are normally kept) to the general archives of the Diocese of Caserta, right next to the Cathedral. As I said before, I was on "a mission" to see if my parents' records of marrieage still existed, and whether I could secure a copy. In brief, my search was successful, and after a mere 20 minute seach carried out in my presence by the Archivist of the Diocese, I walked away with two photocopies of the original document! Here's the final "kicker": My mother's name was "PALMA," the same name of the owner of the PalmaViola B&B.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Perfect location within walking distance to Reggia Di Caserta and the town. Gino very communicative and convent road paid parking or underground surveillance parking few minutes in Reggia just 5 minutes walk and paid €15 from afternoon to next morning. Highly recommend!

Our stay in this b&b was great! The host was very friendly and helped us. There was a great pizzeria near and also supermarket. Walking distance to everything important, 10 minutes walk to Caserta Palace. We could leave our luggage to b&b while we went to visit the city.

We loved our stay in Caserta. Our accommodation was just perfect, clean, and had everything we needed as a family of 3. Our hostess was very welcoming and friendly, and we managed to communicate through my terrible Italian. The inclusion of breakfast was great, too. The shower is fantastic! Being so near many fabulous restaurants, bars and off course the Royal Palace made our stay very memorable. Having the train station located a few minutes' walk was excellent too for day trips to Naples and Rome. We would definitely choose to stay here on our next trip if it's available.

One of the most comfy beds I ever tried! I also wished I stayed there for longer, so enjoyable it was! Very good sound isolation, welcome gifts, breakfast was really nice, the common areas are cute, and the location is great, with lots of cafes and restaurants near by, within walking distance to the palace and the gardens (buy your tickets online), within walking distance to the train station.
