The room was spacious and equipped with everything you could need. I must emphasize how highly I rate the host, Massimo. He was always ready to help, with his responses being practically immediate. Moreover, after each room cleaning (upon request), the host would restock the fridge with complimentary beverages, as well as tea, coffee sachets, and sweets. The apartment's location was just near the city center, in a quiet part of town, yet well-connected by buses. I am very satisfied with my stay at this place and would gladly return.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Massimo's Old Town B&B. Everything is well maintained and the 2 bedroom unit is very clean and comfortable. Great location and parking is available. This is not a hotel so be prepared for an apartment style unit with small kitchenette. The breakfast is not onsite but it is a quick walk from the area. I considered booking a hotel for our stay but I was not impressed with what I saw online. This was a great solution. It is in the center of the town and a quick walk to most places of interest. We had a car so we could venture out to the parm and balsamic factories as well as Ferrari and Pavarotti museums.

Stayed here for 4 nights while exploring the Modena area for great food and motor valley 👍🇮🇹 Paolo and his wife were exceptional hosts with many very good suggestions for authentic restaurants and local produce shops. The breakfast was also nothing short of excellent - with local prosciutto, coppa, cheese and balsamico to go with croissants and other delicatessens. Absolutely recommendable and will book again when in Modena next!

We had a lovely stay+the place is located in a very quiet& cozy neighbourhood. We chose Modena for our visit to Bologna because the prices there were shamefuly big. We came with the train, than by bus, be careful at the routes because google maps sadly doesn't work very well with the Modena bus directions/bus routes.... You can also use the train from Modena to Modena Policlinico - it takes only 4 minutes. We visited Modena, Parma which is close & ofc Bologna; Near you have Risotteria Dai C'Andam which has the best risotto in Europe, but you have to make a reservation & Gelateria Borghi for dessert
