Amazing place with a lovely garden/pool area. Wonderful staff, mainly spoke Italian which we don't, but problem solved anyway. Safe parking inside the gate. We were allowed to stay at the poolarea even after checkout. Lovely breakfast. Great spot for Etna excursions. Giordana who is in charge speaks good english and will assist you with everything you need, use whatsapp to reach her. Pool still open (closes for the season soon). The room had a nice cool temperature (since the hotel is at approximately 700 m above sea level the general outdoor temperature is lower than at sealevel).

Wonderful hospitality from Jenny and her husband Giuseppe. Our room had a small terrace and good sized ensuite bathroom and was spotlessly clean. Complimentary bottled water, juices and biscuits were provided. There was a small fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast was amazing and included home made cakes and tarts, pistachio, chocolate and custard croissants and numerous other local pastries, cheese, ham and salami, fresh fruit and lovely tea and expresso coffee. There was also onsite parking which was a bonus and local restaurant recommendations.

From the moment we arrived, Emanuela the host greeted us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel instantly welcome. She was always ready to help with anything needed. Great location before getting to the Etna Volcano. The owner is super kind and knows the best place to have dinner in town. The breakfast is super complete and with different options! Grazie mille signora per la coversazione la mattina! I highly recommend it :)

This was such a lucky find! We enjoyed staying at Villa Joele a lot, the owner is super-friendly and also gave us great advice for dinner location nearby (after feeding us with tasty fruit from the garden :-) ) I loved the quirky interior and the view is amazing.
