The host was very friendly and welcoming and cooked a meal for us the first night. The rooms had recently been redecorated beautifully. It is a short walk into the village centre and the house is located not far from the hiking trails. We enjoyed practicing our Italian with Mary who was very patient. The breakfast was delicious.

Perfect spot for Tuscany. Good location for trips. And perfect comfort there. There is nice swimming pool for very hot days during holidays. Perfect communciation with host. Thank you. A lot of parking place for more than 1 car.

I absolutely loved the service and the warm, friendly hospitality from Mrs. Emanuela, the host. She was incredibly flexible and welcoming, which made our stay feel so comfortable. The breakfast she provides is simply delicious, she even bakes some of the items herself, which adds such a lovely, personal touch. Although we didn’t spend much time at the property due to my work commitments, everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The sofa bed, bathroom, and all the facilities were clean, comfortable, and definitely great value for the price. I truly can’t recommend this place enough!

Very charming house and garden. Federico is a wonderful host. His dog and cat are heart winning. Everything was very very nice. We could park our camper van right on the other side if the street. (I did not want to destroy overhanging branches at the garden gate with my big means of transport. Though, there‘d been enough space at the villa‘s parking lot.)
